EL LIDERAZGO SERVIDOR Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO ORGANIZACIONAL EN PROFESIONALES DE ADMINISTRACIÓN EN EL PERÚ

Resumen

El objetivo de la investigación fue medir la incidencia del liderazgo servidor en el desempeño organizacional en profesionales de administración del Perú. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, a través del diseño no experimental de corte transversal, de alcance explicativo causal. La muestra fue 385 profesionales colegiados en administración a los que se les aplicó una encuesta virtual utilizando un cuestionario de 58 ítems que miden las variables; los datos se procesaron mediante el programa estadísticos SPSS; se realizaron estadísticos descriptivos y modelo de ecuaciones estructurales. Los resultados indican que el empoderamiento, autenticidad, mayordomía y responsabilidad, como dimensiones del liderazgo servidor, explican el 79 % del comportamiento de la variable desempeño organizacional.
