Resumen

El estudio tuvo como objetivo general evaluar Gestionar el talento dentro de las organizaciones es un elemento crucial y estratégico, ya que permite lograr altos niveles de competitividad. El objetivo de la investigación es realizar una descripción exhaustiva de la gestión del talento. La metodología se ha encausado dentro de las revisiones sistemáticas de literatura de tres pasos. Se ha encontrado como resultado que la gestión de talento es un concepto en constante evolución, en función al contexto, los grupos humanos más jóvenes, la globalización, la escasez de recursos; como proceso ha pasado de la atracción, selección, desarrollo o retención ha enfoques más complejos como la gestión en escenarios complicados.
